About Jamie

Our Communications Director Jamie has grown up all over the country and cannot claim a hometown although most of her youth was spent in the Pacific Northwest. At eight years old, she accepted Jesus and has been a believer ever since. She graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in Communications and Writing. Because of her desire to learn more in the field of communications, she immediately dived into a Master’s program and graduated in 2008 with her Master’s in Communications and Leadership. Two years later, she was a wife, mother, and working full-time in retail sales. After five years in sales, she put her career on hold to focus on her growing family – raising two boys with her amazing husband. Her family moved to Arizona in 2019 and began attending Casas. In 2021, she became the Communications Director. She loves working at Casas because she wholeheartedly believes in their mission of loving people into the acceptance and freedom of Jesus Christ and daily strives to guide all church communications in that endeavor. When she’s not working, she is spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking delicious food, soaking up the Arizona sun, and is an avid reader with an extensive book collection. Her love languages are coffee and Taco Bell.
