Book Your WeddingWedding services, including venue reservations and/or scheduling a minister for officiating off-campus, may be requested no more than six months in advance.
The pricing for wedding services can vary depending on church membership, venue selection, and/or set-up needs and ranges from $910-$2140.
The pastoral fee for officiating a wedding is $300, plus any travel expenses associated with ceremonies located outside the Tucson area. The honorarium needs to be paid one week in advance of the wedding.
There is a non-refundable deposit of $150 that must be paid to reserve the date for your selected venue(s).
The minister will likely schedule one meeting in advance with the couple but no premarital counseling is offered. We still highly encourage couples to complete premarital counseling and recommend checking with your insurance to see who would be in the network and available to you. Another great option is Renewal Centers Counseling Services.
All Saturday ceremonies and receptions must end and the facilities must be vacated by 8 p.m. All Friday ceremonies and receptions must end and the facilities must be vacated by 9 p.m.
The Casas facilities liaison serves as a go-between for Casas Church and the bride and groom and assists with venue tours, providing needed details, running the rehearsal, and overseeing any campus needs on the day of the wedding.

Based on the details of your request, our facilities liaison will work with you to confirm your dates, venues, and minister. If you would like to tour a particular venue option, arrangements can also be made at this time.
