You are accepted and we want you to experience that Christ’s acceptance is trustworthy.
When a student attends a service or event, they will encounter a fun, welcoming environment where they experience being accepted for who they are. We want our students to know they are part of the entire Casas Church community and that our church is for them.
Our high school ministry meets every Wednesday night 7:00 – 8:45 pm. When students arrive, they can expect to meet a welcoming group of other students their age as well as excellent volunteer leaders that can’t wait to hang out with them. These nights are full of fun experiences, teaching, and impactful conversations that take place in small groups. These groups allow our students to grow deeper in their relationship with one another and with God as we journey through life together.
Our high school students also meet Sunday mornings from 10 -10:45 am in the Cholla building. This gathering is meant to connect our students to the Casas Community and to the topics covered in the Main Service. We have moments of teaching and meaningful conversations. Leaders from all over the church are also invited to come and meet our students because we know they are the future of our church. After HSM Sundays, we attend the 11 am Main Service together in the Auditorium.
Show Up. Are we really “better together?” Does God really love us and were we really made to be in community? Am I part of anything bigger than myself? To begin to address these important questions and more, we will need to Show Up!
Everything is more fun with our friends and new students are welcome at any time in our youth ministries.
Absolutely! If you have made the personal decision to follow Jesus, we would love for you to take the next step of sharing your decision with your community through baptism. Click here for all the details about being baptized at Casas!
We love our high school students and we want them to experience Casas as their home church and HSM as their personal expression of that church. On Sunday mornings, we encourage our high school students to attend main service with their family or friends. We also encourage our students to volunteer in other ministries such as Casas Kids or in worship and tech on Sunday mornings.
Stacie has been a member of Casas Church her whole life and interned for several years before joining the staff in 2019. Before ministry, she was in nursing school and worked at a local hospital. Eventually, however, she pursued full-time ministry and went to Fuller Seminary for her Masters in Divinity. Stacie married a handsome soldier, and they were stationed in Germany for several years before moving back to Tucson. As Student Ministry Pastor, she gets to spend her time ministering to our middle school and high school students and volunteers, which she loves! Stacie values and appreciates the students’ honesty and energy and she believes that lives can be changed through time spent in small groups. She loves working at a church that gets to remind every child that God loves them exactly as they are and they never have to earn his acceptance.Contact Us
