Casas Outreach’s Helping Hands Group is fulfilling practical needs right in our Tucson Metro Area. Partnering with CarePortal, the foster care system, and other local nonprofits that identify people with needs. Helping Hands is going out into the community to make a big difference in supporting kids and families by delivering essential needs like beds, car seats, and so much more. For many families, their ability to reunite depends on these crucial items.
Your gifts contribute to the welfare of families; for example, $250 buys a new bed, $200 for a car seat, and $150-$600 buys a single or double stroller. Since June, Helping Hands has made over $17,000 worth of impact, including 48 children and 25 families in the Tucson Metro Area.
There are many ways to get involved with the group: gathering needed items, delivering items, helping with practical needs around someone’s home, or supporting the group financially. If you have any questions or would like to be connected to this group please email outreach@casaschurch.org
