Casas Church is seeking candidates for a 20-hour-per-week administrative role in our Outreach ministry. We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, passionate about local Outreach, have strong administrative skills, and have a heart for serving other and carrying out the mission of Casas.

Responsibilities

  • Organize community engagement
  • Coordinate volunteer opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the Outreach Pastor
  • Work closely with local partners to meet various needs
  • Provide administrative support through calendar management, receipt reconciliation, ongoing email communication, ministry purchases, social media management

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Google Drive, including Docs/Sheets
  • Ability to use various software programs

  • Desire for continued learning and personal spiritual growth
