Description
Casas Church is seeking candidates for a 20-hour-per-week administrative role in our Outreach ministry. We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, passionate about local Outreach, have strong administrative skills, and have a heart for serving other and carrying out the mission of Casas.
Responsibilities
- Organize community engagement
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the Outreach Pastor
- Work closely with local partners to meet various needs
- Provide administrative support through calendar management, receipt reconciliation, ongoing email communication, ministry purchases, social media management
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Google Drive, including Docs/Sheets
- Ability to use various software programs
