About this Group

The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona is an organization that provides basic food resources to those in our community who have food insecurity. Food insecurity is not only about having enough food but about having access to the right kinds of food that supports long-term health. The Community Food Bank volunteers are a group of servant-minded individuals who go to the Food bank facility on South Country Club Road. The team works on "production" which is packing boxes of various food stuffs for families and seniors or "distribution " which is passing out these boxes to the community. Currently our teams are set to volunteer one time per month on the 4th Saturday of the month from 9-12 a.m.
