About this Group

Join this group of people committed to serving individuals within Casas and our surrounding community. This group is a practical and tangible expression of our ongoing desire to love our city.

Partnering with CarePortal, the foster care system, and other local non-profits that identify people in need, Helping Hands is going out into the community to make a big difference in supporting individuals and families by delivering essential needs like beds, car seats, and so much more. Three sub-groups make up Helping Hands: Gathering, Delivering, and Serving. Gathering is for those who love to find a bargain and help gather needed items. Delivery includes connecting with those receiving gathered items. Finally, serving includes those who desire to help people in their homes to meet basic needs.
