How we make a difference with people is of utmost importance to us. We’re dedicated to meeting needs while still upholding the dignity of the people we serve. When we choose our outreach opportunities, we’re very conscious of partnering in ways that aren’t just for people but with people. Often, we remain behind the scenes when we are helping and supporting others because that’s what’s most needed.

In seeking to make a difference in our city and around the globe, we pursue partnerships with other difference-makers already doing exceptional work to love and serve others. We want to come alongside them and make a difference by helping them accomplish more instead of trying to pioneer something new.

We are always looking to include the next generation in making a difference because we want to be a church that continues to exist for future generations. We’re very intentional about providing our students with opportunities to serve others. When they build homes in Mexico or participate in a serve day, they get to experience first-hand what it is to love others as they serve in a hands-on way in our community.

We want our church and campus to be an environment where people know they’re always welcome and Casas feels like home. We want guests to know there’s a place for them and try to show that by thinking through anything they might need when they join us. We prioritize and create this through the volunteers they meet, the signs that point the way, and the environments their children will visit. Overall, we hope any time with us provides practical encouragement for their faith journey and reminds them they are accepted, loved, and free.
